​​Rich Astone had a fascination with technology even before he took his first programming class in college when he was only 12 years old. After almost a decade of military and volunteer service, he began his business career in the 90s as a Goldmine Software consultant. Over the years, Rich has designed solutions for a variety of organizations in industries such as banking, mortgage, real-estate, education, medical equipment sales, and non-profits. While training clients’ employees in new software solutions, Rich discovered his love for teaching. As a result, he enjoyed another diversion for several years as an adjunct professor of philosophy, humanities and film in Maricopa. “There are things we study to know how to earn a living, and things we study to know how to live well.” he says. In 2015 he founded Raging Sanity Consultants which provides Cloud CRM, Support, and Telephony services. Rich is Marine Corps veteran of the First Gulf War, having served as an intelligence analyst.
