Setting Raging Sanity Consultants as your Zoho Partner of Record allows us to represent your organization in dedicated Partner Support Channels with Zoho, which can expedite the resolution of an technical issues. We will get a small residual if you add Zoho licences, but this will not change your subscription fees to Zoho.
You are in control! You can change your partner of record at any time should you decide to work with another Zoho Partner in the future. Feel free to contact us if you still have questions or if you are engaging us to customize other platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
