We achieve this by defining and aligning your processes with best-of-breed, customized, easy-to-use Cloud solutions such as Salesforce, Zoho, RingCentral, ZenDesk and LionDesk. We will craft analytics to give managers critical business insights and provide training and support to ensure that you achieve a timely return on investment.

Our founder, Rich Astone, in addition to having over 20 years experience with technology, has spent almost as much combined time serving in the Marines, full-time volunteer work, and in academia as an adjunct Philosophy and Humanities professor. So serving and making others successful is part of his life focus and Raging Sanity Consultants is infused with this attitude.

The title ‘consultant’ has taken on some negative connotations, and in many cases they are deserved. We agree with Peter Drucker who taught that while profit was the test of the validity of a business, it is not the sole purpose. We are committed to making our profit only when we are making others profitable as well, even if we must recommend a solution that we don’t currently offer. This is because we don’t just want to make a quick sale, but rather to become your trusted advisers. After all, your success and long-term satisfaction will be our road to success as well. 

Along the way, we hope to educate business owners on how to do Customer Relationship Management and other projects the right way, whether they do business with us or not.
